Make a solution of 2 cups of warm water with a splash of house-hold-grade ammonia and a dash of washing detergent. soak your jewellery in the solution for approx 30 minutes. After soaking, use a clean, soft toothbrush or a jewellery brush to gently clean the pieces, remembering to brush up under the stones. Rinse your jewellery with warm water and dry with a soft tissue.
