Unfortunately like many other companies, we're currently experiencing a variety of delays throughout the Secrets Shhh network which are out of our control. We want to reassure you that our teams are working incredibly hard to eliminate any delays where possible and are continuously improving our systems to cater for these uncertain times.
We have also experienced an influx of enquiries, so please be patient while we look after each and every one of your questions.
It is also helpful to keep in mind there may be additional delays after your order has been dispatched due to the high demand Australia Post is experiencing right now.
All orders are processed and shipped via Australia Express Post or in special circumstances via courier, within 5 working days. Please keep in mind this time frame is dependent on current stock availability.
All orders over $99 receive free shipping with AusPost Express. For all orders under the $99 mark, there is a $16.50 shipping fee.

Take your jewellery home to ensure it is perfect. Feel free to inspect, try on again, or get a second opinion. If you are not totally satisfied, we will exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
However, we understand in the current environmental situation you may not be able to get to a store so we have extended the 30 day change of mind for in store purchases only to 60 days or 30 days from the re-opening date of your store of purchase. Online purchases the 30 day returns policy still applies.
Please note this 30-Day Change of Mind Guarantee does not apply if the jewellery has been worn or has been custom made, modified, or especially sized to fit. As always, all returns will be subject to the requirements of our Change of Mind policy, to read more click here
If any of our stores need to temporarily close, then one of our team members will make contact with you with regards to collection of your repair or custom order if it has arrived.
If we can’t contact you, your jewellery will be sent to our national support office in Brisbane where it will be held securely until you advise us what to do with it. Once paid for, we will express post out to you directly free of postage charges.
Our beautiful Diamond and Gemstone Simulants should be given the same level of protection and respect as any piece of fine jewellery. Therefore, with all the hand sanitising and washing we are all doing, Secrets recommends you remove your rings beforehand as some chemicals may discolour or tarnish your jewellery. If you find your white gold jewellery looking dull or tarnished, we can repolish and rhodium plate it if necessary, however there will be a small fee to do so.
